Keeping the search controls clear on mobile

On CarHire.global, the floating chat launcher and attention graphic could cover rental-search controls as visitors scrolled on a phone. We updated the chat behaviour so visitors could use the search area without that overlap.
The change
Floating chat controls hide while mobile search is on screen and on the booking page. They return outside that area and remain available on desktop. A chat deliberately opened by a visitor stays open.
What we checked
Release checks covered the mobile search and date picker, moving back to Contact, opening and minimising chat, and desktop support. The Contact page remained available throughout. These checks verified the usability change; they do not establish a booking, revenue or ranking increase.
